We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented employee in customer service. Our products are sold online via Amazon Europe and our website. Area of responsibility:
– Mail support for our natural cosmetics brand: friendly and courteously taking care of the customers & finding the best possible solution for customers.
– Amazon Support: here requests have a time limit of 24h; so you should be extremely reliable. You should have the following traits and skills:
– Essential: German as a native speaker or C1 level
– Good English skills are important
– Further language skills are a plus but not mandatory (Amazon in French, Spanish + Italian).
– Customer-oriented way of working; It is easy for you to put yourself in other people´s situations.
– You are able to solve “conflicts” with understanding and respect
– Responsible & high availability
– Knowledge to Zendesk is a plus The weekly hours are approximately 25-30 hours with availability on weekends. If you feel like you would fit we´re happy to receive your application!
